Dan Markham was appointed Vice President, Media Distribution for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in April 2011. In Feb 2012, Dan’s role was expanded adding overall responsibility for the NBA in the Middle East, Turkey and Russia. Based in the NBA’s European headquarters in London, Markham works closely with the league’s New York office in leading its distribution of NBA content – including NBA Games and NBA-themed programs – on television and digital platforms throughout the region.

Matt Farrell is the Chief Marketing Officer at USA Swimming overseeing sponsorships, marketing, public relations, social media and publications. USA Swimming is experiencing all-time high in revenue, with partners such as Marriott, BMW, Phillips 66, AT&T.

Born in 1948, Jacques BRAUN is a graduate in economic sciences and a doctor in applied economics. In 1970 he joined the SOFRES as a research analyst.
In 1974 he worked as head of marketing research at UNISABI (MARS group). He became, in 1975, radio and television quality research manager at the Centre d'Etude d'Opinion. From 1978 onwards he held the post of managing director in charge of marketing and research for France and Italy at Radio Monte Carlo (RMC).
Born and raised in Dominican Republic, and relocated to Barcelona almost a decade ago. Although has been trained as an Economist, with specific post-graduate education in Banking & Finance both in the Dominican Republic and Europe, has always lived sports passionately and through a very personal bond –specially basketball!-.That inherent love for sports has pushed him towards achieving more academic and professional acumen in Sports Management & Marketing, road that ultimately led him to land at Euroleague Basketball in 2010.
Having studied Economics, he chose to stay in advertising. He worked in advertising for almost 15 years as a Copywriter and as Creative Director and in Agency management positions. Then he moved on to Turkish Airlines as the Digital Advertising Manager. He combined his offline experience with the online worlds capabilities and this resulted in projects such as; Wings of Barcelona, Fans United, QR Flags, Kobe-Messi vs. Ice Cream and Eye Of The Fan. When he retires, he plans on continuing to give academic lectures full time. He is currently giving lectures part-time.

Albert, Born July 15, 1981 in Terrassa, Catalunya, is a former field hockey player from Spain. He has 192 caps with the Spanish National Team and was part of the team at the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008 (Silver Medal) and Athens 2004 (4th)
Albert did an Undergraduate degree in journalism at the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona and an International Master of Sport Management at the Johan Cruyff Institute. He is now working as Online Marketing Manager at Johan Cruyff Institure.
